Clerk's Office
The Borough Clerk is a statutory position with many responsibilities. Some of the core duties include preparing and maintaining all agendas, ordinances and minutes for the Borough Council, attendance of all meetings of the Borough Council, acting as Administrative Officer for all elections held in the Borough, issuing certain licenses/permits and act as the liaison to the Borough Council.

Department of Public Works
Aside from taking care of its borough’s roadways via sweeping, snow removal, re-surfacing of roads and road repairs, the Public Works Department manages a variety of responsibilities and the Department is staffed with highly skilled and certified professionals.

Finance
The Financial Administration Department is directed by the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer is the custodian of all funds associated with the operation of the Township as a government entity.

We are an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rules of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and this State.

Recreation
The Milltown Recreation Department is made up of 2 Divisions, Recreation Programs, and the Borough Pool.

Registrar
The office of Vital Statistics and Registry registers vital events and maintains the vital records that occurred in Milltown, New Jersey.

Senior Center
The Milltown Senior Center Director and Staff is available Monday through Friday to assist 60 Milltown seniors and their families/caregivers.

The responsibility of the Tax Assessor and her staff is to value all real estate properties in the Borough at a State mandated percentage of market value.
