Any person or persons wishing to submit written public comment concerning an agenda item or any other matter may do so by written letter or electronic mail submitted to the Borough Clerk at least two (2) days prior to the virtual meeting date at which the Borough Council will consider the agenda item or accept general public comment. Any written public comment submitted by written letter or electronic mail will be read aloud and addressed during the public comment portion of the meeting regarding the agenda item or during the general public comment portion of the meeting in a manner audible to all meeting participants and the public.
