The Department of Administration manages the day-to- day operations of the Borough of Milltown. The Borough Administrator is the highest-ranking non-elected official in the Borough in accordance with the Milltown Borough Code.
Working with the Mayor and Council and Chief Financial Officer to formulate the Municipal and Capital Budgets.
Overseeing Borough Capital Projects
Collaborates with the State of New Jersey, Middlesex County, and Board of Education on projects, contracts, grants, etc.
Responsible for managing the activities of all municipal departments on a daily basis.
